Learn how to live with authenticity, grace, and a sense of fulfillment. Answering the heart's cry requires courage and tenacity. In this class, you will have the opportunity to safely explore ways of increasing awareness and discovering purpose through journaling, experiential learning, creative expression, video clips, and humor. As we become more fully present to our stories and those of others, we can become more conscious and empathic authors of our lives.
