Learn to cultivate balance and manage stress – both on and off the yoga mat. No matter what your external circumstances, you can cultivate practices that support inner peace through aligning body (yoga postures), mind (meditation and breath awareness), and spirit (building self-awareness through discussion and introspection). By experiencing body, mind and spirit working in close cooperation, students can gain a more balanced and peaceful approach to living. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.
