How do relationships both reflect our history and assist us toward our own becoming? Jung thought that without relationships a person would have difficulty individuating, or moving toward wholeness. We will explore ways others have influenced our unique personalities, for good or ill, and how our inner world with its unity and diversity is made conscious through our encounter with the Other in our many relationships. We will use lecture, discussion, and film to look at the mysterious dance between the "I" and the "We." Recommended reading: He and She, Robert Johnson; How to Be an Adult in Relationship, David Richo.
