Kundalini Yoga: Releasing Anxiety, Relieving Pain

Discover the contemporary value in the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga. This class offers students the opportunity to learn Kundalinini yogic kriyas and meditations for releasing anxiety, relieving pain, and feeling calmness and peace in your moment. Each class, students will move through a sequence of yogic movements, stillness, hand mudras (gestures), breathing techniques, chants, and meditations specifically prescribed in the Kundalini tradition for relieving anxiety and pain. Beginners are welcome.

 

 
 

Merric Bartosch is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1994. A yoga therapist, she maintains a practice in the Medical Center in Houston.
