Invite awareness, breath and life into every cell of the body. Forrest Yoga employs ancient techniques, carefully tailored to address modern physical and emotional concerns. The class will consist of strong, compassionately taught sequences of poses and breathing exercises. Gentle hands-on assistance will guide practitioners into an individually appropriate expression of postures. All levels are welcome.

Brian Burrell completed both the Yoga Institute's teacher certification course and the Boustany Yoga teacher training course. Most recently, in 2007, he completed Forrest Yoga Teacher Training.
