$40 ($35 Jung Center members) A portion of the proceeds will go to support the work of the Tibet Fund.
Discover how many of the Dalai Lama's Tibetan Buddhist teachings can be useful in everyday life, regardless of one's religious tradition or spiritual practice. We will explore the Tibetan notion of universal responsibility and the Dalai Lama's blessing that "a good heart is the best religion," as well as other spiritual insights. Along with reading and intellectual exploration, we will learn meditative techniques to connect and open our hearts, cultivating unconditional love for others and ourselves.
