Description

If not faded, antiquated stories of the past, what is myth? Why is myth so central to the conduct of our lives? What is our myth? In an era when the struggle to discover meaning in our lives is particularly acute, we can benefit from taking a fresh look at the myths that shape us, however unconsciously. We will explore the difference between personal and cultural myth, and conscious and unconscious myth, in this class.
