Meditate through movement using Tai Chi Chuan, a Chinese exercise practiced in slow, relaxed, continuous motion. Its theory is based on the Yin/Yang philosophy. In practicing the forms of Tai Chi and breath coordination, you will learn to concentrate on your own mind and achieve physical and mental balance. Tai Chi is a tranquil way to gain vital energies. Instructor permission required for new students to register for second session.

George Ling Hu, a master in Tai Chi Chuan, is a member of the Chinese Tai Chi Chuan Association, the National Kuo Shu Association of Taiwan, and the Taiwan Yoga Association. In addition, Master Hu completed his graduate studies in geology and mineralogy, and teaches Chi Kung and Internal style martial arts.
