How does individuation unfold across a lifetime? Jungian analyst Helen Luke provided an invaluable glimpse into this process through her work Such Stuff As Dreams Are Made On. Consisting of her autobiography (written when she was 70) and dream journals compiled over twenty subsequent years, Luke's fascinating book demonstrates how a sustained engagement with the symbols that arise in our dreams can contribute to the unfolding of an authentic life. As we read and discuss, we will encounter the transforming power of symbols in our lives, and we will explore the archetypal journey that belongs to each of us.
