Hatha Yoga: Inner Peace for Busy People

Description  
 

Align your mind, body, and spirit in this hatha yoga class which welcomes every (type of) body. Intended for both beginners and intermediate-level students, modifications of the postures will be introduced as needed. With the emphasis on breathing naturally, participants will practice stretching, flexing, and strength building as they learn a variety of postures. The result is a holistic tune-up for the mind, body and spirit.

 

 
  Amy Robinson, a former corporate manager, is no stranger to stress. Her search for how to achieve balance in life literally led her to a yoga mat over nine years ago.
