Discover how to awaken each morning anticipating what you are creating, rather than worrying about what you fear. Based on Felix Scardino's book The Pebble and the Canyon, this class will help you discover practical ways to use your creative potential on a daily basis through use of guided imagery, active imagination, journaling, and other exercises. Also, you will learn practices that can reduce your stress and encourage healing. We will explore ways to stimulate dialogue between our surface life and the life we lead in unseen depths. This dialogue correlates choice and discovery, firing our imaginations with images consistent with our unique passion and purpose.
