How do we tend to our soul on a daily basis? Beyond just organizing our lives and completing tasks, how do we care for that which imbues the ordinary with richness and meaning? At the end of the day, do we connect with experiences of depth, value, relatedness, heart and personal substance? In this class, we will investigate these questions and more, as we observe our soul’s manifold expressions. Class format includes lecture, discussion, video and handouts.
