Encounter biographies of four fascinating women who played important roles in Jung's personal and professional life: his mother, Emily Preiswerk-Jung, his wife Emma Rauschenbach-Jung, his assistant and confidant Antonia (Tony) Wolff, often referred to as Jung's "femme inspiratrice" or creative muse, and his colleague and devoted follower, Marie-Louise von Franz. All of the four women were strongly influenced by Jung, which resulted in intense and lifelong relationships.

Jasenka Demirovic, MD, MSc,PhD, is a physician-scientist, an internationally recognized expert in the field of psychosocial stress and health, cardiovascular diseases, aging, and women's health issues. As a faculty member of the University of Miami School of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, she taught a number of classes in these fields. Since her early years in medical training, Dr. Demirovic has studied Jung's life and work and joined The Jung Center faculty in 2005.
