June 22 - July 13
$140 ($120 Jung Center members)
Reconnect with your own inner truths through creative activities with art media. While our day-to-day mental chatter supports our survival and adaptation, spontaneous art activities can give a welcome break from our habitual thinking -- and open the door to refreshing new insights and possibilities. Each class gently guides participants through a different creative process that encourages awareness of our non-verbal selves. Movement activities will also be used to help participants get into a creative frame of mind.
