Deepening Your Meditative Practice

Enrich your practice with the ancient wisdom of the Tibetan Bon tradition, in this workshop with Alejandro Chaoul.

Saturday, November 7
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
$40 ($35 Jung Center members)

Explore how the Tibetan understanding of well being can enrich your meditation in this workshop. We will develop a sense of embodied meditation using such methods as awareness of breath, visualization, concentration of the mind, and the perception of sounds as embodied energy. The growing sense of completeness one develops through these practices will then become integrated into your life outside of meditation and shared with others. Our aim will be to achieve a relaxed yet aware state of mind and a healthier lifestyle beyond the meditation cushion.
