Our Emotions: The Heart of Knowing, Choosing and Living Our True Selves

Discover the value of developing your emotional intelligence in this workshop with Liz Plaster.

Saturday, October 2
10 am - 5 pm (1 hour lunch break)
$100 ($90 Jung Center members)

What is emotional intelligence? Emotions, whether welcomed or not, are always present in our lives. In this class, we will look at how our perception and understanding of emotion contributes to whether they help or hinder us. Participants will have the opportunity to safely explore emotions and learn more about their own emotional intelligence through intentional play, laughter and creative expression. Activities include drumming, journaling and experiential learning activities. As participants become more fully present to their emotions, they will be able to make more conscious and empathic choices.
