Join us for another engaging, practical and thought-provoking retreat with the Tibetan master Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, co-sponsored for the fifth year by The Jung Center and Ligmincha Texas Institute.

The simple, ancient breathing and visualization practices introduced in this retreat can help you balance your emotions and improve your health and well-being. Intended for both first-time meditators and those with more experience, the practices help one discover what in the Tibetan tradition is called your 'nature of mind' or your 'inner home'. They are also related to the simple tsa lung movements, drawn from the Mother Tantra, which Rinpoche will also review during the weekend.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn from one of the most popular English-speaking Tibetan masters, known for his clarity, humor, and ability to apply the ancient practices to the modern mind.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, a Lama in the Bon tradition of Tibet, presently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is founder and director of Ligmincha Institute, dedicated to preserve and introduce to the West the religious teachings and arts of the ancient Tibetan Bon Buddhist tradition. He has been in the United States since 1991 and has taught at Rice University and the University of Virginia, and throughout Europe and America.
