Deepen your contemplative practice in this workshop for those with some experience of Tibetan yoga.

Some Western meditation practitioners feel that the lack of physical movement in 'sitting' meditation can keep one from fully embodying one's spirituality.

Trul khor, or "magical movement," is a distinctive Tibetan practice of physical yoga in which breath and mental concentration are integrated with particular body movements (sometimes generally referred to as Tibetan Yoga). In this workshop, we will focus on a set of sixteen body movements selected from the A tri Dzogchen tradition by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. These simple movements can enhance one's meditative state of mind (bog don) and remove obstacles to meditation (geg sel).

This one-day workshop is recommended for those who are already familiar with the tsa lung movements of Tibetan yoga.
