Alchemical Insight

Learn how the ancient discipline of alchemy can illuminate modern understandings of
the human psyche in this workshop with Jungian analyst Erica Lorentz.

Saturday, January 30
10 am - 4 pm (1 hour break for lunch)
$100 ($90 Jung Center members)
5 CE hours | A boxed lunch is included in the registration fee.

Discover some of the psychological and spiritual meanings of alchemy, the ancient discipline that transformed mundane material into substance of great spiritual value.
Alchemy fascinated Jung, who wrote extensively on the subject.

In this workshop, we will examine alchemical processes and symbols and discuss how they are relevant to modern psychology. Alchemical prints will help to illustrate and bring together strands of this tradition within Jung's depth psychology. Returning alchemy students are welcome—you will learn more the second time.
