What stress relief methods work best for us? This free workshop gives participants a chance to de-stress as they learn directly from the instructors about the different classes at The Jung Center that can help restore balance and serenity. Longtime Jung Center instructor and Houston meditation teacher Alejandro Chaoul will emcee the morning, which includes meditation, mindfulness, Tai Chi, yoga, and the Feldenkrais Method®. Participants will learn some techniques that they can take home and incorporate immediately into daily life. All are welcome. |
