Join us for another engaging, practical and thought-provoking retreat with the Tibetan master Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, sponsored for the sixth year by The Jung Center and Ligmincha Texas Institute.

We spend nearly a third of our lives asleep. We associate sleeping with being unaware; we say "wake up!" when we want others to return from daydreams or runaway thoughts to the present moment. But the Tibetan Bon tradition teaches that one can remain aware during those sleeping hours, with significant benefits for our emotional lives and physical well-being.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn from one of the most popular English-speaking Tibetan masters, known for his clarity, humor, and ability to apply the ancient practices to the modern mind.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, a Lama in the Bon tradition of Tibet, presently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is founder and director of Ligmincha Institute, dedicated to preserve and introduce to the West the religious teachings and arts of the ancient Tibetan Bon Buddhist tradition. He has been in the United States since 1991 and has taught at Rice University and the University of Virginia, and throughout Europe and America.
