Learn how to relieve and prevent fatigue, irritability, and emotional exhaustion through creative self expression. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to apply useful Jungian concepts to their personal journeys as they learn techniques for using art to explore the unconscious. Easy, accessible, and fun, the expressive arts can help us replenish ourselves and gain new insight into our situations at work. This half-day workshop will focus on the creation of persona and shadow masks to explore feelings and experiences related to burnout. No previous art experience required.
